Administrative Marketing Assistant / Coordinator (m/f/d) Sweden Berufserfahrung Bionorica, with approximately 1700 employees worldwide, is the German market leader for pharmacy-only herbal medicines. To strengthen our growth, for our start up team in Sweden we are looking for an Administrative Marketing Assistant – part time/full time responsible for carrying out daily office facilities and for providing general administrative support. Your Tasks Support the Marketing- and Distribution Manager in their daily activities (appointment & travel management, general correspondence) Educational activities for pharmacists for each area of the brands: Plan and coordinate online and physical events Proactive follow-up of meetings, requests and tasks Assist in budget planning and control Cooperate with headquarters, internal interfaces and external service providers Prepare presentations and other materials Be the first point of contact for external Swedish service providers, especially for book-keeping, regulatory and pharmacovigilance Provide support in monitoring and reporting of KPIs for the Swedish set-up Support social media activities such as Monthly planning of posts/themes for the brands to boost the ongoing digital campaigns together with marketing manager Schedule and sponsor organic posts in the social media planning tool Monitor comments and engagement in Facebook and Instagram on a daily basis Co-responsibility for the creation of new themes together with the agency and marketing manager Track and evaluate engagement for improvements in collaboration with marketing manager Update and change content on the websites of our brands Update the Validoo system and customer databases/excel sheets when needed Coordinate orders Our Expectations Prior experience gained with focus on economics, marketing, social media, administration or other relevant experience within a similar role Understanding of marketing & distribution Social media affinity with a sense for all relevant channels Proficiency in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) Strong communication skills in Swedish and English Flexibility and initiative Exceptional organizing skills What we offer A globally active owner-managed family company with a commitment to social responsibility Opportunity to play a decisive role in the set-up of our Sweden business Exciting prospects in a globally growing company with a wide range of professional and personal development opportunities In addition to exciting tasks and an excellent work environment, we offer you the chance to make a difference with us.
