Job Description Responsibilities Lead the development of annual brands plans for the Rx Business Unit as well as launch plans and go-to-market launch strategies when applicable Develop and implement Multi Channel Interactions plans with our target groups Develop effective sales aids material for the sales team Define and track effective KPI’s for marketing activities Secure strong cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Supply Chain, Compliance, Regulatory etc. Manage collaboration with external agencies Secure accurate forecasting together with Sales Manager and Supply Chain Responsible for managing the Marketing budget and cost follow-up Monitor competitor activities Identify, develop and maintain contacts with key external experts, influencers and other stakeholders Requirements 5 years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry University degree (Master Level) or similar in business or science Open-minded individual that is used to work in fast moving teams and can act as both driver and catalyst, experience working in a matrix organization Excellent communication skills Strong customer focus and personal drive Fluent in any of the Nordic languages, preferably Swedish Advanced proficiency in English (written and oral) Due to the international nature of Galderma’s business, we ask candidates to please apply with English language documents.
