The Beer category will play a crucial role in our growth journey and now we are taking an important step towards that ambition by strengthening our team with a talented Brand Manager to lead and build our Beer portfolio! About the role In this role you really get the chance to build something new! Our short-term plan is to create and establish an appealing beer portfolio for Swedish consumers. This means working with existing brands but also creating and launching new brands! One of your targets will be to develop and launch a volume beer brand from our existing portfolio (Royal Unibrew) to the mainstream and premium segment. Another target is to develop and launch additional specialty and craft beer brands to capture profitable opportunities. In other words, you will get to build the ideal local product portfolio (sizing and assortment) according to local needs utilizing the existing liquids from the Royal Unibrew portfolio. In addition, you’ll get to evaluate innovations for the local market and successfully secure new product launches in the market, defining detailed marketing mix and launch plan. As Brand Manager Beer you will report and work closely with the Category lead of beers, spirits and RTD’s. You will also work in close collaboration with our amazing beer teams both in Finland and Denmark where both teams have built strong market positions! What will you do? As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for building, developing and marketing of our beer portfolio in Sweden. You are responsible for your brands and play a crucial role in developing Solera’s entire business. In your work, you lead the marketing activities for our beer brands, portfolio development and keeping it fresh. In addition, you are responsible for the budget and performance of the brands. You are fully responsible for your area of responsibility, i.e. beer category strategy, including 5-year plans, budgeting, pricing and cooperation between sales channels and trade marketing. Our team includes experienced beer lovers who are guaranteed to help you. Our office is located in central Stockholm, Östermalm. Who you are? The role requires a great deal of analytical ability and commercial understanding. Your heart warms to beer, but also to data, where you can find justification for the changes you are planning. At the same time, you convince our customers with your analysis and a good sales story. We appreciate knowledge and insights about the alcohol market, but more than that we emphasize consumer understanding and passion towards brands and refreshing Swedish consumers with an appealing beer portfolio!
