Find out more: Annual Report 2021 Brand Manager Vaccines As Brand Manager for Vaccines you will work in strategic partnership with Marketing and the cross-functional team in leading the overall brand strategy implementation, supporting in achieving brand specific targets annually. The focus of the role is to plan, deliver and measure local omnichannel business plans from global strategies and deliver marketing campaigns and content for key brands in vaccines Sweden, focusing on omnichannel marketing for HCPs & payers. In this role you will… Deliver local HCP & payer omnichannel brand plans to support execution of the overall global brand strategy & goals with targeted and segmentation based tailored user journeys Drive performance with the use of analytics, KPI and dashboards/tools Create and localise content for web, email, webinars, as well as iPad content for KAMs Work cross-functionally to ensure medical & public market management involvement in the content planning Measure and report on content performance to facilitate continuous improvement of the omnichannel plan and exceptional customer experience. Gain customer insight by regular co-drives and own scheduled interaction with the Field Force to develop marketing opportunities accordingly Support in training the Sales team on key product related topics in partnership with the Medical team Monitor and report competitive intelligence changes, developing risk mitigation and contingency plans, as well action plans to capitalise on opportunities Where appropriate, develop local specific HCP content to support market specific opportunities Why you? Qualifications & Skills: University degree in relevant subject (e.g. science, medical or commercial) Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English LIF authorization Experience in HCP marketing 2-5 years of marketing experience from pharmaceutical organisation Demonstrated skills in omnichannel strategies and campaigns for a brand, including all core digital channels (web, email, webinar, banners, and iPad) Proven track-record in delivering effective channel-specific omnichannel strategies and campaigns Experience of developing, implementing and measuring digital channels at the local country level Ability to travel within Sweden to HCPs- company car could be provided Preferred: Ability to drive priorities in collaboration with key stakeholders, manage projects end to end with cross-functional teams. Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving approach. Flexible thinking and oriented to continuous improvement and driving changes across cross functional stakeholders – able to interact and build strong and credible relationships at all levels. Experience of Content Lab (Veeva Vault). Comfortable with creative thinking and problem solving. Highly customer & patient focused.
