We’re growing fast, have lots of fun, and are taking the music industry with us.We are now looking for a Chief Marketing Officer – CMO to architect our brand and marketing strategy.How you will make an impact- You will develop and own the brand and marketing strategy that enables commercial success and helps us reach our ambitious growth and efficiency targets- You will ensure a holistic brand experience, including visual identity and tonality across the company- You will own the implementation of the marketing roadmap across distribution channels, and ensures consistency throughout the full customer journey- You will lead a team of VPs and Directors within Brand & Marketing, fostering a highly efficient team of professionals across multiple disciplines, including close collaboration with the PR and Comms Team- You will be responsible for making sure we have best in class talent and skills within the team to build a winning Brand & Marketing organisation- You will be responsible for key objectives and results (KPIs) for all teams within the Brand & Marketing organisation- You will be responsible for ensuring that all Brand & Marketing execution is aligned with the brand and company’s overall strategy and KPIs- You will be responsible for translating the company mission, vision, and purpose into effective and compelling brand communication- You will feedback and contribute to product roadmaps and company strategy- You will be responsible for setting, planning and managing the brand and marketing budget- You will create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy to the board, including follow-ups on a quarterly basis- Contribute to team OKRs to ensure initiatives, processes, and programs are achievedWho you areWe are looking for a commercially savvy brand building marketeer, with experience from:- Leading both strategic and operational marketing activities, with strong results- Building a market leading brand within a relevant industry- 15+ years of digital marketing experience at a fast-growing, user-centric company- Experience from scaling global / international brand- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role, experience building and managing a team- Agency experience in e.g. a senior creative lead role is a bonus- In-depth knowledge of big data analysisCurious to learn more about who we are and what we do?
