About the Digital Engagement Team
Digital Engagement team is responsible for regional digital strategy, digital marketing campaigns development, implementation and commercializing the digital tools for Oriflame’s Brand Partners. We´re based on the European markets which are also markets markets where we can run our experiments before rolling out digital innovations globally.

Oriflame is now looking for a Copywriter to further strengthen our Digital Engagement team.

The Copywriter is responsible for generating and developing concepts and ideas as well as final copy for our Oriflame brand and sales omni channel communication.

Together with Art Director, develop concepts and set creative copy directions for digital campaigns that work across all channels (Website, apps, email, SMS, SoMe, ads).

Brief internal copywriters and review/ sign off written communication.

Understand SEO and know how to write content that’s informative, compelling, and relevant.

Deliver clear, impactful and engaging messages for different brand and sales activations, ensuring that the Oriflame brand positioning – Beauty by Sweden – comes to life in relevant ways throughout digital touchpoints (Website, advertising, apps, email, sms, SoMe.)

Define and clarify the Oriflame brand tonality – overall, per audience and per channel – and to make sure it’s implemented in all of our key projects and throughout the end-to-end customer journey.

Deeply understand Oriflame’s analytical segments and key focuses in communication for each segment.

Collaborate closely and effectively with designers and internal stakeholders to drive authentic, consistent, and compelling messaging and customer-centric content across channels.

Work proactively and be responsible for picking up tasks and volunteer assistance without being asked or briefed under tight turnarounds. Write and deliver texts directly in appointed systems or templates where needed.

Remain up to date on the beauty industry and current communication trends.

You

We are looking for a great storyteller that can help us continue telling the story of our brand in compelling ways and crafting impactful and engaging messages. You are able to work with complicated messages and transform them into simple, clear and engaging messages and copy.

The copywriter must be versatile, able to work conceptually but also capable of adapting to each channel, audience and its specificities. You should be an exceptional communicator capable of inspiring the team and internal stakeholders with your ideas.

You are great at understanding the objectives and turning them into strong emotional brand and sales communication.

Our ideal candidate is a true team player, someone who really enjoys working in partnership with other creatives to develop exciting concepts. You should also have the ability to confidently work alone in developing your ideas into great copy.

You should also be able to work at conceptual levels, as well as enjoy crafting beautiful copy that will engage with our brand partners and consumers.

To enjoy working with us you are structured and well organized. You are able to priorities and work on multiple projects in parallel. As a colleague you are inspiring and have good presentation skills.

Skills & Knowledge

An understanding of how to solve marketing problems with creative concepts, and the ability to translate them into effective communication solutions.

Excellent written communication skills and grammatical excellence in English.

The ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy under tight deadlines.

Pays great attention to detail, is very thorough and ensures final copy is in line with key messages and what can be said legally.

Structured and well organized, with an outstanding ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in parallel.

Flexible and solution-oriented.

Has excellent skills to take decisions and proactively come up with solutions.

Can articulate and present concepts and communication ideas to internal stakeholders with passion and persuasion.

Proactively gives and takes feedback in meetings and uses it to lift the project to a higher level.

You work with and for the team and recognize the value of sharing knowledge, ideas and workload with and beyond the immediate team to achieve effective outcomes together.

Qualifications and experience

Must have:

– More than 3 years’ experience in professional and commercial writing from working in an agency or in-house creative team

– A degree in advertising, marketing, communications, media or journalism

– Native English speaker alternative at least 5 years working with English copy

– You have proven conceptual skills and a strong record in creating immaculate copy that stands out from the crowd.

– Experience in writing for digital media and have mastered the art of writing in multiple styles for various channels and audiences.

– A passion for beauty

Preferable:

– Experience with FMCG / beauty / fashion / direct sales

Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office programs
