As our Creative Manager you will be responsible for all published content and visual execution for our two brands, Desenio and Poster Store. You will lead our Communication team, consisting of a Jr. Art Director, Copy Writer, Retoucher and Content Designer. As our Creative Manager you ensure that all communication packages support the overall strategy and campaign targets. In this role you will be an important touchpoint and work closely with our other departments, such as Marketing, E-com, Photo Studio and Design Studio. You will report to Head of Brand & Communication. She is the ”go to person” with insights into several areas at Desenio Group. In return you will get a manager that cultivates an environment of support and self-leadership. WHAT YOU WILL DO Spreads expertise and passion throughout your team and the department. Be a hands-on Art Director, both designing content and leading photo and video shoots in our beautiful Photo Studio. Set and present creative briefs and conceptual directions for all our communication packages. Constantly analyze performance and insights from channel owners and optimize content as needed. Interact with Executive Creative Director and Head of Brand & Communication to develop strategic creative concepts. WHAT WE THINK YOU HAVE A minimum of 3 years of experience from a similar role. A strong leader who has the ability to coach and motivate team members. A strong portfolio—demonstrating great knowledge of design, photo, video, typography, branding. Great project management and organizational skills Experience from working in a fast paced environment, together with a sharp sense of time management. Understanding of current trends and a genuine interest in interior design. Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written (Swedish is a plus). Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Illustrator. IT’S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE Educational background within Communication, Marketing, Art Direction or similar. Experience working in e-commerce or within retail. Experience working in an international company. Experience of leading presentations and pitches to stakeholders internally and externally. PRACTICAL DETAILS Start date: As soon as possible.
