We’re looking for a digital and content manager to join our growing team. What will you do? Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns. Strategize and collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain the blog(s), website copy, social media promotions and lead generating offers and optimize the user experience. Content editing when requested for Sales, Product and Marketing team. Design, build and maintain our social media presence for employee branding, products, and company announcements. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies including social selling and Employee Advocacy for the brand and our products. Manage and optimize the corporate website and product + campaign landing pages (built in HubSpot) to ensure it’s a well-built ”machine” for increased brand awareness, demand generation opportunities, and product announcements. Measure and report performance of all digital tactics (social media, website and paid media) relating to the marketing campaign, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). We’re excited about you because… You have 3-5 years of B2B Marketing experience. Proven record of building successful content and digital marketing campaigns. Ability to successfully and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. Clear communicator and effective collaborator. Solid problem-solving skills, analytical rigor, and comfort with using data to prove a hypothesis. A sense of ownership – you take delivery personally, even in a dynamic environment with high ambiguity The ideal candidate has a progressive mindset and the urge to push the limits. We want a curious, outside-the-box-thinker, with analytical problem-solving skills and a high level of business acumen.
