About the role The overall goal of the position is to generate sales on Fenix brands e-commerce sites (Fjällräven, Hanwag, Primus and Royal Robbins) in Europe by providing a premium brand shopping experience. The brand and product presentations should maximize user engagement and conversion to sales. The role as Digital content editor is key in the e-commerce department, working together with the E-com Managers, Marketing and Digital Tech to create an experience for the user on the site that supports the brand’s message and sales activities. The role involves the following areas: Responsibilities The areas of responsibility includes: Planning, designing and publishing web content on the Epi platform related to startpage, landing pages and category pages Responsible for updating/publishing content for pages supporting non-campaign content such as Legal and Customer Service Coordinate publishing campaigns and activities related to the epi platform across departments, e.g. marketing and digital tech Make sure the Performance Marketing Manager as well as country managers have the latest input when it comes to URLs and landing pages for upcoming campaigns Copy and translations handling Being superuser in the image bank provided by marketing, as well as included in the image selection after shootings Support online merchandizing of category and landing pages User acceptance testing (UAT) of new functionality on the Epi server platform. Initiate and perform AB-tests together with Digital tech and E-com NA Perform analysis in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools in order to understand our consumer behaviour, and based on that initiate ideas to improve the user experience Being part of the requirement specification and development process to improve user interaction on site (engagement and conversion to sales) including functionality and user journey, as well as managing tickets and UAT Being part of projects that are prioritized by the business and digital roadmap Expert knowledge of EPI CMS. This includes coordinating technical requirements and backlog Developing strong collaborative relationships across internal and external stakeholders, such as marketing, US e-com team and brands.
