We always work as a team, because none of us is as good as all of us. This is the job Temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment; employment to be appointed during February 2023. As a Brand Manager you will be responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. Your main focus should be achieving brand business objectives in the short and long term as well as building brands with clear branding strategies, visions and goals. The primary task will be to effectively plan the development of your brands to reach maximum potential both creatively and sales-wise. You’ll have daily communication with our various internal teams to ensure deadlines are met as well as an ongoing contact with the creators and external partners. You will oversee a wide array of business functions including branding, communication channels, product development, online and offline promotions, and market research together with the rest of the team. Know how when it comes to relationship building is essential, you are a problem solver who loves to work with people and likes to take on challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Especially the ability to work cross-departments to achieve results. Responsive to the markets we operate in in order to closely monitor developments within the industry. Be open minded in your strategic thinking regarding brand positioning and communications. Develop and execute strategies to meet budget and growth targets for your Brands. Conceptualize digital and offline marketing initiatives, analyze data and measure results to reach full sell potential for your brands. Continuously analyze brand positioning and consumer insights and execute necessary actions. Actively participate in scheduled internal weekly and monthly sales meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information. Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for your Brands, coordinating with our finance team and COO to ensure we are showing an accurate P&L while working closely with the rest of the team to plan your coming brand strategies. Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives. You are ultimately responsible for the identity of the respective brands and working daily to clarify the set guidelines and values decided. Working constantly to make clear what each brand stands for visually and in its communication, both internally but also towards the market. As a Brand Manager, it is your ultimate responsibility to build the relationship between the market and the brand and to make sure it is relevant and true to brand values. Adaptable and flexible; but more importantly an authentic and positive person who will add to our great culture in the relatively small organization. What You Bring to the Party 3+ years of experience in online marketing or brand development. Determination and perseverance. Relationship management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English. Ability to deliver on deadlines and prioritize work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment with fire drills coming up on a near-daily basis. Positive attitude, reliable, transparent and enjoy working with different types of people and brands. Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and related programs. Most importantly, you should have a passion and immense interest in branding, marketing and e-commerce sales. Education: A degree in brand management, marketing, or a similar area of discipline.
