Om jobbet: WorkShop is now looking for a Engagement Community Manager for SONOS. We are looking for someone with a passion for retail, people and digital training. We want this person to have experience in initiating and running digital training solutions and events. Our engagement program is a fully integrated solution for POS checks, store compliance, Training, personal development, Store demo, merchandising and making sure the entire community feels included. We drive retention and continuous engagement throughout the year and make sure every individual feel valued and appreciated to represent the brand in the best possible way. You will work together with the rest of our advocacy team and the client team to help drive engagement for our clients in our digitally led program. Job Description As our Engagement Community Manager, you will be the central point of contact for the full team as well as global stake holders. This is a critical role for ensuring that key strategy, objectives, and messaging is passed through to retailers and reported back with constant feedback and development. You are responsible for creating and activating digital and physical trainings and events in the retail environment through a digitally led strategy. You will have support from both the brand and the engagement team at WorkShop to execute and create content for the retail staff to take part of. Activations can consist of physical events or trainings in store environments or other locations as well as digital and virtual live trainings either in the platform or through other platforms. We believe that the right person for this role has: – Online social community management experience – Previous experience of training content creation and implementation in retail – Knowledge of running and developing an ambassador incentive program – Previous experience in retail environment or key electronics retailers – Experience in running POS, fixtures and store compliance through a digital platform and support – Analyzing business performance to strategically take decisions on activations, experiences, and content to drive sales and advocacy performance. – Experience in leading a team for field visits and events with digital presence – Willing to travel between head office locations and with the field team. Desirable knowledge and experience: – Strong interest in technology – Knowledge of running and developing an ambassador / advocacy incentive program – Consumer electronics experience – Fluent in one of the Nordic languages and English – Brand marketing experience – Experience in creating and executing events and trainings – Experience in group training Placement: WorkShop office in Stockholm NextGenRetailHub ( ) (Hybrid) Start: As soon as possible or according to agreement Working hours: Full time (37.5h) WorkShop offers you an exciting job in an international and dynamic organization where there is a short time gap from idea to action.
