Here is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-growing company in the hot IT field, and create high-performing marketing. Eficode is looking for a tech-oriented Growth marketing manager, with a passion for inbound marketing, analytics, and sales collaboration. Maybe you are the match for this job?

You are in charge of marketing automation, pipeline analytics, and sales & marketing collaborations throughout the buyer journey. You improve Eficode’s digital channels, inbound nurturing, SEO & SEM, and perform other marketing-related tasks that best match your personal career growth aspirations. You will be part of an international and professional marketing team, but will also get to work with different Eficode functions such as sales and people operations.

This is a full-time position, located in Helsinki or Tampere, Finland; Stockholm, Sweden; Copenhagen, Denmark; or Łódź, Poland


  • Lead marketing automation and performance marketing practice to drive key business metrics including leads, MQLs, opportunities, and revenue
  • Together with the marketing team, analyze and optimize our digital presence and our online channels including website, social media channels and SEO & SEM
  • Build forecasting and reporting practice to guide marketing, sales and senior management
  • Support set team strategy through analysis of marketing data, and help implement marketing through automation
  • Own the relationship and forge efficient communication and collaboration with sales
  • Own the relationship with the advertising agencies that support you in your work
  • Plan and coordinate the work of the people participating in the growth marketing practice
  • Lead the marketing team into new growth-marketing areas

We expect you have:

  • A thorough understanding of inbound marketing, marketing analytics and digital advertising
  • A business-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation on Hubspot (or similar tool), SEO and SEM
  • Expertise in end-to-end inbound marketing. As the co-owner of the marketing funnel, you must know how to generate customers from the pipeline.
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within technology and B2B industry
  • Analytical mindset and experience to extract meaning from data and use this to optimize a team’s approach and a company’s forecast
  • Prepare to lead the team of people participating in the growth marketing practice
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, business, marketing, or relevant field
  • Full professional proficiency in English language
