Join IFS.Job location can be Stockholm, Oslo or Copenhagen.Job DescriptionAs Head of Marketing you are responsible for management of the marketing team in the Nordic region; of which primary purpose is to develop and implement field marketing strategies and plans across the region to meet organizational objectives around lead generation, brand awareness and customer retention. You will be responsible for increasing the pipeline both for new accounts as well as installed base. Your primary objectives will be to generate new qualified leads, open doors and position IFS towards key target prospects and influencers, which will involve increasing brand awareness. You report directly to the VP Marketing Europe North & Central.In this role you will; Manage and develop the Nordic marketing team. Planning and execution of the Nordic Marketing strategy and plan aligned with market unit GTM plan and objectives. Demand generation – Drive leads and pipeline creation (Top and through the funnel) focusing on net new customers as well as cross sell/upsell to our customer base. Overall responsibility for building brand awareness, brand management and corporate identity locally. Support management with pipeline, market and segment insight and analysis Collaborate with the central marketing team to build industry campaigns, and then own the localization and implementation in Nordic. Ownership of local marcom activities including running events, public relations / communications together with appropriate agencies. Manage the local Nordic IFS website. Manage digital marketing platforms including social media and search engine marketing Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results. Budget Responsibility. Plan, forecast and submit budget requirements. Responsible for developing relations, initiating, and implementing activities targeting influencers and partners. Manage external productions, deliveries, and development of sales material.Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in a business-to-business environment working with strategic marketing, preferably within the software industry. Proven ability to develop, execute, and manage a cross-functional integrated marketing strategy and execution plan to ensure achievement of business objectives. University degree within business or marketing Experience from managing a marketing team as well as working closely with sales. Creative innovator who can inspire and motivate the Nordic Marketing Team and create enthusiasm for the work of the Marketing department in the company Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, meet deadlines and able to work independently and proactive. Good presentation skills and ability and confidence to interact with internal/external customers/stakeholders. Social and outgoing, the ability to talk to people, a good relation builder Ability to work across a matrix organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in a Nordic language and very good English is required.
