Do you have a passion for consumers and how to communicate with them? Do you have a strong entrepreneurial drive how to make sound and sustainable business? Are you good with numbers and Do you study data as well as individuals curious to find out what motivates them? Then keep on reading! To our great Tea Business with brands such as Lipton, Pukka & PG Tips, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about consumers and the fast moving consumer goods world! What drives consumers and how do we better help fulfil their needs? In this role, you will have 2 main responsibilities; lead innovation projects for our brands and master how we meet the consumer on the shelf and online, helping our retail partners fulfil consumer expectations with great category management work. To succeed in the role you need to have a strong analytical skill set, you are used to work with market data, that will enable your decision on which portfolio to suggest, which activations to create, pursue or disband. You are a convincing presenter who can make thorough and complicated analysis easily understood to your audience. You have worked with marketing innovation projects bringing new products to the market in a successful way. Tasks we want you to master: Provide best in class customer, category and shopper insights Lead the development of joint category plans and strategies that deliver mutual growth for our retailers and for the Tea Company Deliver flawless execution of promotions and activations Provide data based analysis for customer meetings. Create trade stories based on, shopper insights, analysis, and retailer strategy to support account management. Build collaborative and independent relationships with key retailer stakeholders to become a trusted partner. Deliver innovation projects in a matrix environment. What does it take to succeed? A keen interest in the Tea category, both how it is sourced and produced, but also consumers perception of the category and different brands. If you can’t be asked to know the difference between black and green tea, then don’t apply. We believe you are passionate about our portfolio and that selling with Purpose gives you that extra kick and sense of fulfilment. We believe that you have worked 3-5 years in Brand Management or Category Management Marketing in 2 roles or more. We believe that you hold an academic degree as the role requires a strong analytical and commercial skill set. You have previously worked in an FMCG environment and understand the commercial realities of trade. We believe that you will bring lots of energy, a strong consumer focus with a commercial mindset and a passion for data to understand trends and create insights. You are able to drive fact-based decision making in an autonomous way and you keep a curios consumer centric mindset. You have experience from constructing and implementing strategic customer marketing plans. We look for someone who has a dynamic and hands-on approach, is goal oriented and results driven. You love to win and have fun doing it and you like working in a team that wins and loses as one. We are a Nordic entity with people from different walks of life; hence we want you to be fluent in at least one Scandinavian language as well as English, both written and oral. Location and Mobility: The role is based in Malmö. We practice flexible working, mixing from home and at the office, but we expect that you live within commuting distance from Malmö.
