About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for a talented Junior Brand Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Junior Brand Manager position lies within the Nordics business based Stockholm and is part of the marketing & commercial team. You will be reporting into the Senior Brand Manager- working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level and you will have a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders as well as external agencies. Responsibilities: Lead the end to end process of launching new products- being focal point for collaboration with various teams across the Nordics and the Central UK team Build business cases for innovations- renovations and line extensions in line with overall company’s strategy Forecast- allocate- and track the marketing spend and budget and ensure its optimization Execute all Marketing operations and related activities- including creation of POs- GRs- etc. Liaise with partner agencies to develop and execute ATL and BTL plans and campaigns Set up and grow KH presence on social media platforms and channels Assist all other functions (sales- finance- supply etc.) on day to day queries and support activities Develop strong relationships with distributors for smooth operations and timely execution of marketing plans Lead digital social media platform including partnering with agency on content development and execution Profile & Qualifications: University degree- ideally in marketing 1-3 years of experience in marketing- preferably FMCG industry Energetic- ambitious talents with a pro-active and results-oriented attitude. Willing to work hard and go outside of your comfort zone Proficient in English language- knowledge of local Nordic language is a plus Professional Attributes: Communication Skills At Kraft Heinz you’ll easily be exposed to senior management- no matter your level. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe and to work well in cross functional teams. You also possess the skills to prioritise and simplify when needed.
