We are experiencing high growth and are now looking to hire a Marketing and Sales Automation Specialist. As a specialist, you will be responsible for the Sales and Marketing strategy, maintenance, data cleanliness/viability and reporting of lead flow and contact records through our CRM platform: HubSpot. What will you do? Maintain and update data in HubSpot to ensure accurate records of customer information are captured via forms. Organize and update customer databases that contain information such as contact details, purchase history, and marketing content awareness. Optimize lead flow and lifecycle stages in HubSpot through setting up workflows and sequences. Provide assistance to stakeholders in resolving issues by communicating with other departments within the company as needed. Provide support for sales activities by creating reports on lead conversion rates. Create training materials for new team members. Develop reports that track customer activity over time to identify trends in behavior or needs that may indicate opportunities for improvement. Assist in the implementation and integration of third-party products / applications on the HubSpot platform. Work with IT and HubSpot and other 3rd party vendors to maintain smooth operations and performance of the platform. We are excited about you because: You have 1-2 years of SaaS sales or marketing experience. You have proven record of building successful partnerships across departments for an optimized lead recording and lead flow program. You have solid problem solving skills, analytical rigor and comfort with using data to prove a hypothesis. You are a great communicator, fluent in English and able to educate / assist stakeholders.
