Does that sound like a fit for you? We are now looking for a Marketing Project Manager to SEB in Stockholm! What you will be doing You will be a part of a team of experienced marketing professionals, accountable for providing marketing solutions and initiatives for the SEB Large Corporates and Financial Institutions’ clients. The team collaborates closely with our different business and marketing units. We now want to strengthen our marketing team and are looking for someone with excellent organisation and marketing & communication skills who naturally enjoys juggling several things at once! You will play a key role in co-creating and implementing marketing plans and activities for the division Large Corporates and Financial Institutions. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to: Support the lead Global Marketing Business Partner for the business area Co-develop and execute creative and innovative marketing activities & campaigns in line with the business plans/objectives Support in setting the go-to market plans for both new and existing marketing initiatives Campaign management: from development and execution to follow up, measurement and optimization, you´ll manage and support initiatives and campaigns Track and optimize ongoing activities to maximize results Collaborate with the creative department to produce promotional materials Collaborate with the business stakeholders for planning and execution Explore and use both new digital and more traditional channels Ensure brand alignment and legal compliance in all activities within your area of responsibility Web development & management: support and coordinate new and on-going activities, such as framework and content creation, SEO and SEM etc Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts Back up other marketing colleagues when needed, during temporary work peaks Collaborate successfully with Group Marketing and Communication partners as well as with the business divisions and external parties What we are looking for Academic degree within Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field Proven track record of working with B2B marketing, at least 3-5 years of experience Prior experience of planning & project managing marketing activities Ability to drive projects independent; Time management, prioritisation skills, organised and structured A proactive approach to drive and deliver according to plans Proactively act on insights showing changing customer demand and/or behavior Ability to incorporate business insight into actions Understanding the change of the marketing discipline A problem-solving and positive attitude and professional approach towards stakeholder management Embrace and work hands on with data-driven working methods Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills Excellent English skills (oral and written) Experience from the finance industry (not mandatory) What we offer We offer a truly inspiring and flexible work set-up where you will be empowered to follow your passion, see possibilities, and continuously evolve.
