In Sweden, we work with over 900 dealers in both the car & leisure market. We are looking for a Brand Manager to join Santander Sweden’s Captive Team. The Captive team of 12 people is a part of the Swedish Auto Team and is responsible for our corporations with importers & brands both within the Auto and Leisure segment. The Brand manager has an important role as leader one or more of our Brand cooperations and to continuously improve relation, business volumes, and services according to strategy and prioritizations. The ideal candidate has experience from the car market and /or complex KAM relationship together with strong knowledge about the Swedish auto market. Main task and responsibilities As a National Brand Manager, you are given the business and marketing responsibilities of a Captive as well as the indirect responsibility of the associated resellers The activities will include, but not be limited to the following: Facilitate, maximize sales performance, and ensure sales targets are met in all channels in the geography Long-term sustainable growth in retail penetration and brand loyalty Creating and delivering on strategic and tactical plan for the co-operation Work close with Key Stakeholders (both Clients and internally) to drive profitable Sales both on local level and on HQ level Increased and diversified product & channel distribution Balanced volume vs Margin trade off Part of delivering the overall commercial targets Deliver an outstanding partner satisfaction Ensure that: The current set-up is continuously evaluated to ensure the best possible goal achievement and success Continuous reconciliation of efforts, resources, active knowledge sharing in sales and across departments Work according to current rules, processes and guidelines Ongoing reporting will be carried out Create attractive TCM offers for the partners to use with their dealers Personal Characteristics Customer oriented – Both towards end consumer and intermediary Curious to find new distribution and new products Strong problem solver, Sees opportunities Strong cross functional team player Energetic Competencies and Skills Strong negotiation and communication skills Analytical and financial background Strong business and product understanding Very strong knowledge in MS Excel & Power Point Project Management skills Result oriented Structured Both tactical and strategic ( Sees the whole picture) Leadership skills- ability to influence x-functional Strong understanding of Auto industry Preferred Experience & Education Preferably 5+ years of experience in a senior commercial role Managerial position, preferably in a B2B business with multichannel sales You have a Master in Business Administration, Finance or similar We offer An opportunity to work in a large, high-performing international company, in a dynamic environment that is constantly changing A corporate culture that is professional and dynamic, yet informal.
