We want to expand our Performance Marketing team with a Nordic Meta Search Manager. This is a new role, where you will work closely with another Meta Search Manager to develop and expand TUI’s Meta Search strategy across all Nordic Source Markets. Besides bidding optimization and partner management the implementation and introduction of new Meta Search partners will be crucial in this role. On a broader note, The Nordic Meta Search Manager will work within temporarily cross-functional projects to improve a holistic and efficient Meta Search approach. ABOUT THE JOB Ensuring strategic Meta Search alignment across all Nordic Source Markets Implementing new Meta Search partner concerning different TUI products Driving the offer visibility via cpc bidding or on a commission level Using data insights and audiences to optimize the performance Continuously report and present results to various stakeholders in the Nordics Engage and represent Meta Search TUI Nordic in exchanges among other TUI Source Markets ABOUT YOU Background within Metasearch (agency/partner or client side) or Paid Search (SEM) and experience with bidding strategies and third party tools an upside. Understanding of API: s is a plus. Must have proven, hands on experience in real time bidding /bid management, campaign management and digital media buying Proven, hands on experience of Google products such Google ads and Google Analytics. Experience of media planning, buying and execution. Ability to organize and manage detailed work. Understanding of digital measurement, feed management and attribution.
