Now we’re looking for a Salesforce CRM Product Owner to join our team in Stockholm and chase the answers and chase the dream with us. Role and Responsibilities: As Salesforce CRM Product Owner you will play a key role at Sinch. We are looking for a proactive individual who’s keen to play an integral part in helping drive the CRM strategy. This is a varied business-facing role, with the following key responsibilities: Establish and own a process for handling CRM change requests within Sinch’s Enterprise and Messaging Business Unit Define and implement a mechanism for prioritising requests whilst ensuring buy in from key stakeholders across the Enterprise and Messaging BU Define and manage all internal and external CRM releases within an agile process Own communication to identified stakeholders on new releases, functionality and why this is being implemented and the business value this will add to the Enterprise and Messaging function Implement a best-in-class QA, user exception testing, rollout and training process Establish training sessions in a scalable format to improve onboarding of new starters in the BU Engage with department super users to receive sign off on change requests and build trusted relationships Build and grow a Salesforce internal team within the internal IT organization Create and adapt a external to internal focus on sustainable delivery Training new talent into Sinch WoW within CRM Work closely with Sinch’s M&A team to improve CRM integrations and system architecture Present to internal teams to make them aware of developments and manage monthly CRM updates with key stakeholders In order to contribute to this role, you have:: : Sales Cloud, Salesforce Admin and other Salesforce Certifications 7+ years of experience working with the planning and the implementation of CRM systems within an Enterprise framework, including at least 5 years with Salesforce Experience in leading technology initiatives involving enterprise systems, across a complex context Experience from complex integrations and combining of multiple instances Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Big Plus!: Active in Salesforce communities Interest in technology trends and future developments Demonstrate enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development Our corporate language is English, please submit your application in English.
