SALES CONTROLLER and BPO SALESFORCE, Scandinavia About the role In order to strengthen and professionalize the Scandinavian Sales operations, we will start building a Sales Operations & Analytics team. This means that on top of this Sales Controller/BPO Salesforce role, we will also recruit for a new position as Business/Data Analyst. It is important that the two roles are aligned and work closely together as they will touch on each other’s responsibilities – preferably also being able to cover for each other in some areas. The Sales Controller/BPO Salesforce-role is a key role in our Scandinavian Sales organization. You will report directly to the Swedish Sales Manager, but you will have a Scandinavian responsibility and work closely also with the Sales Managers of the Danish and Norwegian organizations – as well as with our Scandinavian Finance organization. As mentioned, you will also work closely with our Business/Data Analyst. The role is a dual role, where we are looking for someone who can take on both Sales Controller-tasks and be the Business Process Owner for our Salesforce CRM-system as defined below. Responsibilities: Sales controller-part: Financial analysis and forecasting relating to Sales Responsible for the financial sales reporting in VSP Budget MDM/MOR BU Review Pulse calls Ad hoc Sales commission model set-up and calculation Processes linked to Sales and OTC Close cooperation with the Scandinavian countries (NO, DK and SE) Support to other parts of the organization in various areas, like setting up Product structure and pricing in system BPO-/Salesforce part: Responsible for collecting and handling Business Requirements within Scandinavia Handle and drive Request for Changes in dialogue with the European BPO The Scandinavian voice in the European Salesforce community Responsible for the development of the template from a Scandinavian perspective Responsible for the Scandinavian adoption of the template and to push local Scandinavian countries to implement and adapt to newest standards in Wolters Kluwer Alignment with other local BPOs to ensure processes are end-to-end supported (incl ServiceCloud) Decide on prioritizations when needed. Approve user stories. Take responsibility to align and secure implementation and test of new features in Salesforce in Scandinavia Creation and improvements of reports and dashboards in Salesforce Profile: Bachelor university degree minimum (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of sales controller experience 5+ years of experience from working in Salesforce Experience from the software industry is a plus Enjoys a varied working day being able to handle several tasks and projects in parallel Structured and strong analytical skills.
