Join us and help Petli enrich the lives of dogs and their fellow human parents. What we’re looking for We are looking for an experienced UX writer to join our cross-functional team. Your primary responsibility will be guarding and improving the user experience of our product through copy.  You will help dog parents navigate through our product by providing clear microcopies and working with the team to set content strategy and evolve the Petli voice and tone. You are used to using qualitative and quantitate data as your tools of the trade and have experience establishing writing standards and localisation processes. You will be our first UX writer and will run alongside our design lead. Responsibilities Write clear, consistent and concise content and microcopy for our products Establish and evolve writing standards, tone of voice, processes and guidelines within the organisation Use qualitative and quantitate data to evaluate the impact of our content and your work Act as a subject matter expert and uphold the user experience of our products Contribute to ideation, user testing, implementation and feedback Collaborate with team members across different functions to deliver quality UX solutions Qualifications Required Minimum 3+ years of experience in an English-speaking UX writing role or equivalent English in native level fluency in both writing and speaking An expert when it comes to grammar and attention to detail for all things written Experience using both qualitative and quantitative data to guide your decisions Has a proactive attitude and can work well both collaboratively and independently Bonus Experience working with localisation and translation to multiple languages Knowledge of A/B testing, user testing and other experimentation formats Can write American English Can write and read Swedish Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? Within each course, dog owners receive constructive feedback from Petli’s professional dog trainers and earn medals to track their progress. And within our community, people can post their experiences with their dogs and follow each other’s progress. Our team We are a team of eight multi-national animal lovers, all dedicated to improving the lives of dogs everywhere.  We come from different backgrounds, with colleagues from Sweden, the UK, Canada and Russia. Our varied experiences are the key for us to finding creative solutions and building the best product.
