Together with our partners and customers we create value through fantastic user experience and business enhancing services and products.We are now looking for a Senior Web Analyst within Consumer Services. We are already great at extracting data from our assets and monitor interactions made by the users. Now we want to become even better at creating insights and understanding our users’ needs based on data and analytics. We seek a candidate to join us as a Senior Web Analyst specialised in digital and web data to support our teams with knowledge about the user behaviours to improve the customer experience.The roleAs our Senior Web Analyst, you will be part of a team that sets the strategy for web analytics, tracking interactions, user flows, KPIs, tools and way of working. Your main responsibilities will be to implement site analytics, monitor and interpret visitor’s behaviour, analyzing website analytics combined with other data sources, generating insights, and reporting back with easy-to-understand data visuals. In close co-operation with our technical, design teams and our colleagues from Data Scientist team, you will support the Product & Solution Owners, our Markets and Partners to mine insights and help them understand how the products are being used in order to make them even better, building data-driven culture. Be responsible for setting and delivering the strategy of our web analytics capability. Interact with key stakeholders with respect to product features and product development strategy as well as shared initiatives, shared compliance issues, and support needs. Use various analysis tools to extract and analyze data. Develop visual dashboards to present results at both an operational and a strategic management level. Communicate insights, suggest solutions and improvements based on analysis and business case. Conduct tests to evaluate performance and customer experience for continuous improvements. Share and promote knowledge, skills and best working practices within the teams. Stay up to date on the latest trends in digital analytics incl. legal requirements.Your profileExcellent analytical and data interpretation skills when working with large volumes of digital complex data.Advanced skills in Google Analytics (Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio) and Adobe Analytics and Launch, and data visualization tools (Power BI), SQL and Excel.Strong ability to communicate findings and demonstrate experience dealing with stakeholders at various levels.A strong problem solving skills, with the ability to work with conflicting data, identify emerging trends and act upon them.A proactive and team player attitude.Degree level qualified in numerate discipline.What can we offer you?You will be part of a team that creates great results through awesome people, strong relationships and a high performance culture.
