We’re looking for a driven Social Media Manager to join our Global Marketing and Communications team in Stockholm. You’ll play a vital role in J.Lindeberg’s exciting journey to become the most desirable fashion and sportswear brand, as you’ll be part of setting and executing our global social media strategy. The role is full-time, and you’ll report to Digital Brand Manager. Responsibility: Planning, implementing, managing and monitoring J.Lindeberg’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, following and engagement, improve marketing efforts (and increase sales). Focus is on top funnel marketing in Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and new relevant platforms (activations in and around Metaverse and such). Working tasks: Together with Digital Brand Manager setting- and executing on strategies for all J.Lindeberg’s social media channels, based on J.Lindeberg’s brand strategy. Managing the social editorial calendar and posting schedule based on commercial calendar. Developing (/formating existing according to visual guideline), editing, publishing and sharing daily content for J.Lindeberg´s social media channels, in line with the agreed strategy, including writing captivating captions in line with tonality. Note – advanced editing of content is made by Graphic Designers and longer copy is written by a copywriter. Developing and overseeing activations in SoMe e.g. competitions, challenges and campaigns to create awareness and drive engagement/loyalty. Suggesting and managing production of new content produced in Inhouse studio, such as “Christmas gifting guides” etc, with support from Graphic design team. Drive day to day work and contact with digital agencies, evaluating and making channel specific tactical adjustments of content strategy by relevant insights. Setting measurable goals and KPI’s for campaigns and activations, including follow-up and reporting RoI. Track and communicate results, with a monthly report of analytics, growth of community, interaction and findings. Actively communicating with followers and promote a community, by responding to customers feedback, messages and comments and proactively start dialouges on platforms. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager (who is responsible for paid Social Media advertising, sitting in E-com team) regarding performance marketing. Reviewing and suggesting improvements and new solutions. Liaising with other teams and creatives to create holistic and effective 360 marketing campaigns. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies. Internal Stakeholders: Marketing & Communications department – PR, Marketing, Studio Digital Marketing Manager (responsible for paid Social Media advertising/Performance Marketing) within E-com department Sales channels – Retail, E-com, Wholesale Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working as Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably from Lifestyle, Fashion or Sports apparel industry Relevant education Proven track record in planning highly effective Social Media activations Creative mindset and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas Strong commercial acumen Credible and convincing communicator including fluent in written and verbal English An understanding of trends and a genuine interest in Social Media, and Fashion and Sports apparel Team working skills Time and project management skills, including the ability to multitask J.Lindeberg Working Principles As part of J.Lindeberg you are an ambassador for J.Lindeberg and inspire our partners by living JL working principles.
