About the role IFL Watches are now looking for our next Social Media Manager, who will become part of the engine in our social team. Your main focus will be to run and grow our Social Media presence across different platforms, mainly Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. This role will allow you to unleash your creativity and have the hands on experience with the process from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for our Social Media Strategy: planning, implementing and monitor daily and long term activities for IFL and our partners. You’re going to be the voice and tone of IFL Watches across all our social platforms, managing and growing our Influencer network. Sounds fun? If you’re the one to join, your tasks will be: Develop, monitor and analyze content and campaigns for our Social media platforms Share key insights, studies and ideas with the team for continuous growth Communicate, engage and nurture IFLWs followers and partners Network and find new influencers and creators Create engaging content and copy for our Social media posts Keep up with trends and new marketing tools and strategies Work with Adobe suite Who you are: This is a role where you need the strategic eye as well as the “get-it-done” attitude. We want you to have an understanding and experience of the digital landscape and all social media channels. To succeed in this role, we think that you: Have a degree in Marketing or similar, and at least 2 years of experience working as a Social Media Marketer or similar Have a proven track record of creating social media strategy and content production. Have experience from collecting, analyzing and taking decisions based on data. Fluent in English And it’s a plus if you have: Previous experience doing social media for another fashion, eCommerce or retail brand Interested in the watch industry IFL Watches is a fast-growing eCommerce and we currently serve over 110 countries with limited edition pieces and designs. Through social media we’ve grown a platform from where we share daily inspiration engaging in the global watch community. We at IFLW have our own in-house content production team and create content not only for ourselves but also for international clients and influencers within the industry.
