We are looking for a UX Designer who will join our CX team, to work with channels supporting our customers and customer facing employees.

What you will be doing

As an UX designer within Group CX, you will collaborate closely with designers working with all touchpoints as well as business specialist, developers, product owners and all kinds of stakeholders. You will be part of a design team with a mission is to help SEB create a coherent and understandable ecosystem of digital touchpoints that user love. SEB is a great place for a designer to grow. You will be part of our Customer Experience Design community with more than 60 designers. Together we have a high level of skills and competence within user experience and our work is highly valued in the bank’s digitization journey.

Who we are looking for

  • You are comfortable with user research and concept creation as well as wireframing
  • You have the ability to self-lead and communicate and you thrive being in a position where you have influence
  • You grow from working with others and find it natural to network, both with other designers and in cross-functional teams
  • You enjoy sharing your knowledge, methods and tools
  • You have +2 years experience of webb/and or app design
  • We expect you to have post-secondary education within the field as well as experience in working agile with UX
  • You have good language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
